With over 15 years of experience across global brands, major festivals, and creative agencies, Tom has shaped experiences that spark emotion, drive engagement, and deliver results.
Originally from the UK, he began his U.S. career at MKTG—one of the world’s leading experiential agencies—developing campaigns for brands like Pepsi, Diageo, Marriott, and ESPN.
He went on to lead brand partnerships at LiveStyle, then one of the largest producers of electronic music festivals, managing multi-city programs across Electric Zoo, Spring Awakening, Sunset Music Festival, and more. That path led him to AEG Presents, where he continued evolving sponsorship strategy for some of the most iconic events in live entertainment.
